You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app. No email or phone call is needed.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Account, data & deletion.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile and sign-in details.
- Care circles you organize, and everything in them — visits, tasks, handoffs, appointments and the Care Snapshot — for every member. The app warns you before this happens.
- Your membership in other people's circles. Your open tasks there become unassigned; records you added stay with that family.
- Your notifications, consent records and usage records.
Deleted data is removed from our live database immediately; any backup copies expire within 7 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Can't open the app?
Email support@seaxenterprises.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.
