Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to access, submit harmful content, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Safety resources and digital products
SEAX safety resources are practical, editable operating tools. A purchase grants the purchaser’s organization a non-transferable, internal-use licence for the materials identified at checkout. You may adapt the materials for your organization’s internal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or present them as your own product.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing, adapting, implementing and maintaining all materials for their own vehicles, work, workers, locations and legal obligations. SEAX resources do not constitute legal advice, certified auditing, required training, regulatory representation or a guarantee of safety or compliance.
Orders, delivery and refunds
Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable tax is added at checkout where required. Stripe processes payment information; SEAX does not receive full payment-card details. Digital products are delivered after payment is confirmed. If delivery cannot be completed, contact support so we can investigate before any duplicate delivery is attempted.
For a duplicate charge, a failed delivery or a materially inaccessible file, contact us promptly with the checkout email and order information. Refund and dispute events place delivery on hold while the order is reviewed.
Services and custom work
Consulting, company customization and custom software work begin only after SEAX accepts a written scope. The scope will identify deliverables, price, timing, responsibilities, assumptions and any separate terms. An inquiry or website price does not create a service engagement, reserve availability or guarantee that SEAX will accept the work.
SEAX apps
SEAX apps may have their own terms, privacy policies, subscriptions and app-store requirements. Those app-specific terms apply to the relevant app and are not replaced by these website terms.
Intellectual property
The SEAX name, site design, text, product materials and related content are owned by or licensed to SEAX and protected by applicable law. Other product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limits
The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SEAX disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in writing. SEAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or general materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it.
