Privacy Policy

How SEAX handles information submitted through this website and at checkout.

Effective: October 13, 2026Last updated: October 13, 2026

We collect only the information needed to answer an inquiry, complete a digital-product order, deliver a file, meet legal obligations and maintain the security of this website.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to seaxenterprises.com, SEAX safety-resource purchases and SEAX service inquiries. Each SEAX app has its own privacy policy, linked from its product page and the footer, because its information practices can differ.

Information you provide

  • Inquiries: name, business name, email address, selected interest and the message you submit.
  • Optional updates: your email address and consent preference when you explicitly ask for occasional SEAX product updates.
  • Order support: the information you send when asking for help with an order.

Purchase information

Stripe processes checkout and payment-card information. SEAX receives the minimum order information needed to confirm payment, identify the purchased product and send delivery or support messages, such as the checkout email, order reference, purchase status and amount. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

  • To respond to a request, prepare a scope or provide customer support.
  • To confirm payment and deliver a purchased digital product.
  • To prevent duplicate delivery, fraud and misuse, and to handle refunds or disputes.
  • To send product updates only where you have opted in. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us.
  • To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.

How the website processes an inquiry

Inquiries are checked for spam and sent through a private order-and-inquiry workflow. The website uses a one-way, keyed hash of the request IP address for short-term rate limiting instead of retaining the IP address in the customer record. The information needed to respond is kept in private SEAX Google Workspace systems. Do not send driver files, health information, payment details or other confidential records through the general inquiry form.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website, process payments and deliver customer service. These include Vercel for website hosting and server functions, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Workspace for the private operational queue and email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may share information where necessary with the providers above, where you ask us to do so, or where law requires it. We keep inquiry and order information only for as long as needed for the purpose described here, customer support, security, tax, accounting or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction, withdraw marketing consent or request deletion where applicable by emailing support@seaxenterprises.com. We may need reasonable information to verify the request and may retain information that we are required to keep.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy as our website or services change. The updated date above will show when a revision takes effect.
