You can erase your LureWorth data — completely and permanently — at any time, right from the app. Here’s how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete from inside the app
- Open LureWorth.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account & all data.
- Confirm. Your profile and everything in it are removed immediately and permanently.
This can’t be undone
Because LureWorth has no email or password, there’s no way for us to restore a deleted account — the deletion is instant and final. If you want a record of anything in your tackle box, note it down before you delete. Delete your data before you remove the app: once the app is gone, the anonymous key that links you to your data is gone from your phone, and we can no longer identify — or delete — that data for you on request.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous profile and its ID
- Every saved result, and your entire tackle box
- Any feedback you sent from the app
Your photos were never stored in the first place — each one is discarded right after it’s identified — so there are no images of yours to delete.
What may remain briefly, or by necessity
- Backups. Residual copies in routine backups are purged on our normal cycle.
- Transaction records. Purchase records Apple and we are legally required to keep may be retained as required by law — unlinked from your anonymous ID.
Subscriptions — cancel separately
Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription, because LureWorth Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel in your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions before or after deleting, to avoid further charges.
