A result looks wrong
Tap Report a problem on the result and tell us what looked off — your feedback directly improves the identification engine. With gemstones, a treatment or a synthetic is easy to miss in a photo; confirm valuable finds with a gemologist.
The value estimate seems off
Value ranges are AI estimates for comparable specimens in average condition — a research starting point, not a quote or an appraisal. Treatments, synthetics, and dyed or coated stones move real value far more than a photo can show.
Billing or subscription questions
GemSeer Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; refunds are requested through Apple.
Delete my data
You can erase everything permanently from inside the app — see Account & data deletion.
